I am a product consultant at Capgemini Invent in Bengaluru, working with retail and consumer goods clients. I have about seven years of experience across retail, FMCG, luxury fashion, e-commerce and supply chain. Before consulting I was a product owner and business analyst at Wipro and TCS, working on telecom business support platforms, order management implementations and catalog conversion. I started out in key account management, which is where I learned how B2B customers actually buy.
Work
Below are some of my recent projects. Please request for the complete walkthrough of the locked projects.
01
Database-Connected AI Chatbot with Evals
Built a chatbot in five stages, from a plain OpenAI call to a system that remembers the conversation, calls tools and answers from a live database, then traced every answer in Langfuse and had AI judges score it.
02
Podcast Search MCP Server
Turned a semantic search engine over 1,009 product and technology podcast episodes into an MCP server, so an AI assistant can search the library, read transcripts, keep notes and run research briefs.
03
Personal AI Agent with Voice
Built an agent that searches and reads the web, remembers me between sessions, runs a job search from my resume, and answers the phone, with chat and voice sharing one memory.
04
Podcast RAG and Fine-Tuning
Built a question answering app over 149 podcast transcripts and saw why chunking matters, then fine-tuned a small open model to speak in a persona of my choosing.
Thoughts & Ideas
Notes on order management, process mapping before building, and what selling to B2B customers teaches a product owner.
What Key Account Management Taught Me About Product Work
Map the Process Before You Write the Backlog
An Order Management System Is a Set of Promises
Experience
Product ownership, business analysis and consulting across retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, telecom and supply chain.
A backlog is only as good as the process map behind it.
Stack
The models, databases and tools I used to build and ship the AI products on this page, from the first chatbot to RAG and fine-tuning.
